Hello! I’m Alexa, a proud 2021 graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA. During my time there, I discovered my love for gentle, but effective deep tissue work mixed with Swedish massage techniques for an overall relaxing treatment. However, I always enjoy spending a session on a Swedish relaxation massage to maximize stress relief.

I’m a Level II Reiki practitioner and have experience with massage specialties including sports massage, myofascial, and treatments for repetitive use injuries.

My goal is to offer a safe space that facilitates your healing while ensuring you feel comfortable whether it is your first ever massage or your hundredth massage.
